Quant Coin Price History
Originally released back in June 2018, Quant (QNT) is a cryptocurrency project focused on facilitating interoperability between networks via the use of an operating system known as Overledger that was purpose build for blockchains. Since its release, the project has built up an impressive list of partnerships with high-profile entities including the Digital Pound Foundation.
Quant was first launched as an initial coin offering (ICO) with QNT tokens being sold for $1.51. The project raised an impressive $15 million from its ICO, with investors likely speculating that the project would grow significantly thanks to its inherent intrinsic value and plethora of uses within the crypto-sphere.
Following its official launch in late 2018, the QNT token quickly fell to around $0.25 as tokens acquired during the presale were dumped on the market. This is a common occurrence in any crypto private sale and not something to worry about.
While things were largely un eventual for QNT following the project's release, November 2018 marked the launch of Quant's primary claim to fame, the Overledger. As hype built surrounding this event, the QNT token rocketed toward a high of $3.21, more than a two-fold increase compared to its ICO price.
Following the launch of Overledger, QNT slowly gained value as Quant began to rise in prevalence and its ecosystem began to entice developers looking to develop cross-chain applications. This resulted in QNT tripling in value over a relatively short space of time, increasing in value to an impressive $15.74 by November 2020.
While QNT successfully posted near 1000% returns for its early investors within just 2 years, 2021 is when QNT became mainstream and really began to take off. Despite beginning the year at a price of just $11.02, the token quickly built up steam thanks to a number of upgrades and listings on centralized exchanges (CEX) including Binance and Coinbase.
As a result of its various updates and exchange listings, the QNT token exploded in value, briefly hitting as high as $419.20, an increase of more than 3700% from its January lows. Naturally, this led Quant to be featured in a huge range of publications, further boosting the network's prevalence and cementing its status as one of the year's best altcoins.
While the asset yielded huge returns for early investors, QNT's growth couldn't continue indefinitely. The asset struggled to maintain its swollen valuation and slowly decreased in value over the coming months. While later 2021 provided a slight rebound for QNT, the token dropped sharply during the early 2022 bear market, dropping as low as $92.22 during January.
The months following were not kind to QNT either. As evidenced in our Quant price chart, despite a brief surge toward $148.86 in March, the token slowly declined eventually hitting a low of $44.46 in June, prompting investors to wonder whether QNT was the best crypto to buy on the dip.
However, since hitting its yearly low, QNT has once again begun to trend upward. In the months since its decline, QNT has risen steadily, hitting $213.40 on October 17th. This growth is likely due to the supply of QNT available on exchanges dropping close to 1% as developers pick up QNT to make use of Overledger and retail traders buying the token as an investment.
To summarize:
- Late 2018 - Quant officially launched and immediately fell to $0.25.
- Late 2018 - QNT surged to $3.21 ahead of the Overledger release.
- November 2020 - After enticing developers to its ecosystem, QNT hit $15.74.
- Mid 2021 - During the 2021 bull run, the price of QNT soared to $419.20.
- June 2022 - QNT was unable to sustain its huge growth, dropping to $44.46.
- Present Day - As investors piled in speculating that QNT would pump, the token hit $213.40.

Quant Price Prediction 2022
With QNT performing well in recent months, things are looking promising for the Quant crypto price. However, before we jump into our Quant price prediction for 2022, it's important to understand that despite a sideways market, the asset has already managed to increase in value by over 300% since its June lows.
With this in mind, it seems likely that QNT would have to find strong support at its current valuation before the asset can enjoy another move toward the upside. The $180 to $200 region seems like a likely candidate, with the levels showing importance both before and after the 2021 pump.
As it stands today, only a small fraction of the QNT supply is held by exchanges with the vast majority owned by either whales or retail investors. With supply and demand being closely intertwined, this lack of liquidity can make it much easier for the price of QNT to move.
Outside of the project boasting a rather low maximum supply of just 14,612,493 QNT, any project wishing to utilize Quant's Overledger as an interoperability solution will need to purchase QNT in order to pay for a license. This helps to bolster demand for the asset, therefore pushing the Quant token price upward.
With Quant receiving huge amounts of the press following the QNT surge, it seems likely that investors will continue to pile in, hoping to earn a profit, further reducing the supply of QNT available on exchanges. In combination with it being picked up by an increasing number of projects, this could cause QNT to pump before the end of the year.
With the price of QNT currently hovering within the mid $180 range, following over a 100% pump since early September, many investors have set their sights on $200 as the next key level QNT will have to achieve.
Being an important psychological resistance level, it will be difficult for QNT to fly past $200 within the next couple of months. As such, it seems likely that QNT could end the year trading for around $200 with $220 being possible if a larger-than-expected number of investors add the token to their portfolios.
Quant Coin Price Prediction 2023
Looking further ahead, by the end of 2023, Quant will have had plenty of time to begin picking up traction once again. The assets growth throughout the first quarter of 2023 will likely be heavily dependent on its performance in the latter portion of 2022.
If QNT remains bullish, we could see some impressive growth from the asset. However, if QNT flips bearish, it's likely we'll the asset decline, testing key areas of support along the way. These zones could include $147.20, $107.35, $94.60, and $66.80. Retesting supports is a natural part of growth, and shouldn't affect the Quant crypto price too negatively.
As we move later into 2023, the price of Quant will be swayed in no small part by the outlook of the wider crypto market and the economy as a whole. When assets are growing, a greater number of investors get involved. Conversely, if the market is declining, many potential investors often get scared off.
As it stands today, the crypto market appears to have found a bottom, with some assets beginning to once again show signs of strength. This could lead to a very positive 2023 for crypto. However, unless crypto decouples from the stock market within the next few months, the market will be driven by the performance of the S&P 500, potentially hindering growth.
With Quant working hard to onboard new businesses and dream up new uses for Overledger, we'll likely see Quant unveil a list of new partners throughout 2023. This could be huge for the Quant token price and with the cryptocurrency already working with huge brands like Oracle and AWS, it wouldn't be a surprise to see a big name added to Quant's list of partners.
With support from the economy, we could see some significant growth from QNT by the end of 2023. According to our Quant price prediction 2023, it's likely that we'll see the asset reclaim $278.30 with a move to $333.80 possible if Quant can establish a few high-profile partnerships. This would mark a near 80% increase over just a year, making QNT one of the best cryptos to buy right now.
Quant Price Prediction 2025 - 2030
Looking further ahead, for our Quant price prediction 2025, as long as there is no significant market crash, it's likely that QNT will have soared to a new all-time high, blowing its previous top of $419.20 out of the water.
In 2020, the distributed ledger technology market was valued at just $3 billion, with this figure expected to grow to $39.7 billion by 2025.
As a greater number of companies get involved with cryptocurrency and begin to implement blockchain technology, the need for the services provided by Quant will increase massively. This is likely to do wonders for the Quant crypto price.
On top of the project establishing new high-profile partnerships, the number of Quant investors is expected to grow exponentially over the coming months. Between October 5th and October 18th, the number of active QNT holders increased from 70,264 to 73,682, an increase of nearly 5% within just under two weeks.
With the number of QNT holders climbing quickly, and this figure still well below that of assets comparable by market cap, it stands to reason that by 2025, we'll see a huge increase in the number of Quant holders. With the asset boasting a fixed supply and an average hold time of 2.6 years, this is likely to drastically reduce the available supply of QNT.
With the need for Quant's services and the number of QNT holders expected to grow significantly over the coming years, we'll likely see QNT hit highs of around $560 with possible lows coinciding with the asset's previous all-time high of $419.20.
Quant Price Prediction 2030
While it can be difficult to provide a precise estimate for so far into the future, there are a few factors that we can look at to determine where the price of Quant could head.
Naturally, the rate at which cryptocurrency adoption increases will play a large part in the success and growth of Quant. As the number of investors and companies, demand for QNT also will. With the asset having a finite supply, this will help to push prices higher.
On the topic of supply, while QNT has a total supply of 14,612,493 tokens, its current circulating supply is only 12,072,738 QNT. With tokens progressively being released onto the market, we'll likely see the circulating supply increase a reasonable amount by 2030. While this will be great for the Quant ecosystem as a whole, it will impact the potential growth of QNT.
Our Quant price prediction 2025 placed the asset at around $560. This would equate to a market cap of $6.76 billion.
Assuming an annual 11% growth rate for QNT (aligned with the market average), by 2030 Quant could have a cap of $11.39 billion. Based on today's circulating supply that would put QNT at $943 or $779 if the maximum number of tokens were circulating, making Quant one of the cryptos with the most upside available right now.

Is Quant the Best Crypto to Invest in Today?
With Quant making headlines recently as one of the fastest-growing cryptocurrency projects, it's no surprise that investors would wonder whether it was the best asset to invest in today. However, we've found an alternative project that could yield even better returns than Quant.
IMPT - Green Cryptocurrency Reducing Carbon Output
IMPT is a new project aiming to help streamline and improve the carbon offsetting markets through the implementation of NFT and blockchain technology. The project will turn carbon credits equal to the offset of 1 ton of carbon into NFTs, making them transparent and easy to buy, sell, or trade.
Users will be able to acquire carbon credits directly from the IMPT website but that's not all. A Company will be able to partner with IMPT to allocate a percentage of its margin to certified environmental projects to reduce its carbon output. Furthermore, individuals can earn IMPT tokens by shopping with these partner brands, which can then be exchanged for carbon credits.
As the most sustainable cryptocurrency project currently on the market, IMPT will create a social platform designed for people to display their impact on the environment. Users will be able to earn IMPT points by completing actions like redeeming carbon credits, referring users, or exchanging carbon credits for unique NFTs.
Right now, the project is in the first stage of its three-phase presale. According to the IMPT whitepaper, there are currently 600 million IMPT tokens being sold for $0.018. This will increase to 660 million tokens being sold for $0.023 during phase two, and culminate with 540 million tokens being sold for $0.028 during the third phase.
Overall, IMPT is an excellent cryptocurrency project boasting huge potential for growth. With the project being in presale, there's no better time to stock up on IMPT tokens. Join the IMPT Telegram group to say informed of any updates.
